Jermell Keys operates under the customer-facing name Designed by Jermell in St. Louis, Missouri. Our optional SMS/MMS program covers website inquiry responses, website project updates, requested revisions, and customer support. Clients may send screenshots or photos to explain support requests.
Messages are sent from (314) 414-7263. Message frequency varies based on your inquiry, project, and support conversations. Message and data rates may apply. Contact your wireless provider for your plan details.
Your consent
You may opt in by entering your mobile number and actively selecting the separate, optional SMS/MMS consent checkbox on our Website Inquiry Form, then submitting the inquiry. The checkbox is unchecked by default. Entering a phone number alone does not opt you in.
Consent is not required to submit an inquiry, purchase services, or receive website services. You must be at least 18 and authorized to use the mobile number you provide. Consent applies to this customer service program.
Opt out and help
Reply STOP to a message to opt out. You may receive a final confirmation of your opt-out. To opt in again after stopping, reply START. For help, reply HELP or contact info@designedbyjermell.com.
Opting out of texts does not cancel your website project or service agreement. Contact us by email for continued support.
Privacy and delivery
Our Privacy policy explains how we handle your phone number, consent records, and messages. Mobile information and messaging consent are not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
Delivery depends on wireless networks and service availability. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Do not send passwords, payment-card details, or identity documents by text.
